Diversity: Positive Engagement Training
Our “Positive Engagement” training portfolio has something for leaders, managers and staff at every level of your organisation:
- Positive Engagement with Diversity, an introduction: 1-day workshop for managerial or non-managerial staff with little or no previous training in diversity (½ day for those with no public contact)
- Positive Engagement with Diversity: a 1-day intermediate workshop for managerial or non-managerial staff with some previous training in diversity who want to improve their performance
- Leading on Positive Engagement with Diversity: a 3 day (2 + 1) training for those in your organisation whose role calls upon them to lead on diversity up front
- Specific Strands: ½ or 1-day workshops looking into specific protected characteristics, or dimensions, of diversity (such as age, disability, ethnicity & race, sex, religion & belief, sexual orientation, flexible working)
- Engaging the Challenge of Diversity: 1-day practical workshops on Challenging Inappropriate Behaviour or Positively Tackling Diversity Difficulties
