Public Sector Equality Duty

The EHRC have published new guidance (2012) on the  Public Sector Equality Duty; Equality Analysis, Information, Engagement and Objective Setting.

Here we have produced a combined précis of that guidance (using mainly EHRC text) suitable for use with those managers who would need to be aware of the implications of the Duty but don’t have time to plough through all the advice.
