Supervision (of coaches, mentors, trainers and diversity leaders) helps to bring the best out of them. Much can, of course, be done informally within an organisation, and without outside interventions. However, it is also our experience that consciously embedding coaching, mentoring and non-managerial supervision in the culture of an organisation with external support can help both businesses and their people to excel.
