Workshops

Equality Academy’s Leadership and Management Development suite includes most of the core relational skills required of leaders, in particular those leaders with a people management function. Our aim is to foster excellence in leading and managing people through focusing upon the way leaders manage themselves and others in relationship. Beginning with the terrain of Vision and Values, we traverse a varied developmental terrain from personal presence, confidence and power in our Assertive Leadership training, to implementing progressive flexible working programmes.
