Team building
Workshops that are created for your team to be fun, purposeful and most of all convey strategic messages that create vitality and empowerment; be it getting to know each other better or dealing with dysfunctional group dynamics. We will deal with team: roles, communication, creativity, problem solving and decision making which leads to enhanced performance, improved communication skills, productivity and stronger working relationships centred on trust.
Each Team Building programme is bespoke. However, we would expect to cover some of the following areas, in addition to those you specifically request:
- Team values and vision
- Communication styles
- Inclusion and exclusion
- “Shadows and elephants”: positive engagement with hidden or submerged issues, and with issues everyone is keenly aware of but which tend not to be named
- Official and unofficial roles played by team members
- Dealing with differences
- Ways forward, purpose
Our team building programmes always engage positively with – rather than avoiding – team diversity in all its guises. This includes the “headline” diversity issues, such as age, “race”, gender, class, and goes beyond, to diversity of styles, preferences, ways of communication, backgrounds, attributes, personalities.
