In a life-long journey of conscious leadership, personally and professionally, Razia’s career and qualifications defy the usual boundaries and definitions. As a Consultant, Razia has an advanced diagnostic ability to see through the lens of complexity to the heart of the matter, and is able to articulate essential and often hidden aspects of any situation or problem. She is then able to bring a bespoke combination of skills and expertise to the task of supporting authentic and healthy leaders, relationships, teams and systems. It is her commitment to learn and live what she seeks to teach.
Along with a 30-year track record in equality, diversity & inclusion, her work draws upon a repertoire which includes facilitation, training, coaching, investigation, resolution, spiritual counselling, voice and bodywork, performance & presentation and ministry – all of which she is qualified to offer professionally. Razia’s style is distinctive, balancing the quest for truth & authenticity with the power of compassion and a sense of humour.
